Last week's Phoenix was a detail of this practice sheet.

Tested some new brushes and painted Phoenix, the mythical bird that in West symbolizes renewal and immortality, and in China the feminine principle.

Great to be back home by my painting table!

I had the opening of my first solo exhibition Shadow Garden yesterday in Gallery Jangva in Helsinki. It was a really nice and lively occasion, thank you all the visitors for coming!
